LogiqX ( Homepage ) has released two updated DAT files which have more errors fixed. These DAT's also include the new CRC's from the Japump dumps which will be included in NAZ's next FAQ.

Note : ROM names have changed in ARMWAR, SFA3, MVSC and SLAM2E. I've sent an updated CPS-2 driver to the MAMEdev which the above DAT's fully verify.

Some more errors have been found in the latest CPS-2 FAQ by NAZ and the LogiqX DAT files. Games affected are SSF2 and SLAM2E. Stay tuned for updated DATS. Thanks TAS_2012 for the news.
 
I have also added another game to our CPS-2 gamelist. It's called 'Kensei Doryuu' and was released in 1994 and was developed by Togo/Sigma.

NAZ has updated his CPS-2 FAQ to version 2.01M fixing the Cyberbots CRC's we mentioned a couple of days ago. Our pages are updated to include the changes.

Update. The installer contains an error so only install this FAQ to the default Directory. Not doing so will result in graphics not displaying in the FAQ.

There were a couple of mistakes in the data released yesterday on our W.I.P page. Values affected are;

• #$0480 was #$750E should be #$750B
• #$016C was #$F638 should be #$F683

The release of CPS-2 ROM's by NAZ to the newsgroups (alt.binaries.emulators.misc) has highlighted an error in his FAQ which affects Cyberbots. The Dump released is correct. NAZ will soon release an updated FAQ v2.01M.

I have been passed more information on another up and coming CPS-2 game I first mentioned a few months ago. The game is '1944: The Loop Master' and is developed by Capcom, Psikyo and Raizing. If you haven't already guessed its a shooter and continues the 19xx series.

Some of you may be aware that a few weeks ago on the Retrogames message boards Jakesh (Kallus2) promised to send us the CPS-2 board that was donated to him by Steve. I can confirm that yesterday I did receive the board (Vampire Savior) in fully working order, it made my birthday that bit more special too :)
 
I want to thank Steve for allowing the donation being moved to ourselves and to Jakesh for keeping his word.

Congratulations Raz for hitting 31 today, also to his lovely wife Tantrica who's birthday was a few days ago.
