Here is an updated version of Nebula...

• NEOGEO
  • Fixed all the neogeo roms to match MAME romsets (Thanks to Wesker from Speksnk for the work).
  • Fixed kof98 protection (delete old kof98.srm files from your config folder).
• GENERAL
  • Added HQ2x plugin (src in plugins\hq2xsrc.zip).
